Ancillary Fees (Preschool - 8th)

• $300.00 Parent Participation Fee or 25 hours of service
• $150.00 Parent Participation Fee or 12.5 hours of service for single custodial parents only
• Annual Field Trip Fees assessed in the fall (K-8; varies per grade, per year)
• Extended Field Trip Fee for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students to be determined each year
• Scrip Participation is required.  Each family (K-8) must accumulate a $200 profit for FOA through scrip purchases made during the school year. ($325 buy-out available)

A Late Pick Up Fee will be due to the day care provider for students picked up after 6:00pm - $25 for the first time; $50 subsequent late pick ups


Pre-payment Discounts
• 5% discount on payment in full by August 1st
   (discount only offered to students enrolled by August 15th)
• 2% discount on payment in full by August 1st when paid with credit card
   (discount only offered to students enrolled by August 15th)

Sibling Discounts
• 5% second child in immediate family
• 10% third child in immediate family

Admission to Foothill Oaks Academy is by personal interview and evaluation.  Individual attention is the keynote in classes of limited size; therefore early application is strongly encouraged.  Enrollment depends upon the existing openings, the attitude of the child, and the willingness of both child and parents to work within the philosophy, goals and framework of the program.
